I am a French American living in Colorado. I met my husband 9 years ago in Ireland and we married in Addison, Texas . My two daughters are half French and half American and our last name is Denmark. 

I really wanted to call one of my daughters France and the other one Holland but I figured that France Denmark and Holland Denmark would be a little too confusing for everyone. 

I have a Master's degree in Management and a BA in Spanish. I cook and write and read and take pictures. And of course I take care of all the needy little and big people living under my roof. 

I love Foie Gras but I would love to be a vegetarian. So I learned that I needed to compromise and live my life the best way I could, between diapers and my computer, my big dreams and my reality.
